I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on beach road. The rooms with sea view and bath tub were a great touch and the simple modern design added a touch of luxury. The location on soi 5 beach road was perfect, just a minute's walk from the sea. The staff were polite and spoke good English, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Additionally, breakfast was included in the rates, making it a great value for money option.

All was fine, no complaints.

We loved the staff and rooms and quite reasonable prices. Proximity to pattaya floating market, it was only 1 mile away.

Good location and facilities - e.g. pool, lift, restaurant. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and well equipped. Large bathroom, though no screen to shower, so floor flooded every time we showered.

Key reception staff rude, almost confrontational, preferring to argue rather than seek to resolve the issue. The key/main Receptionist adopted a take it or leave it attitude, wouldn't give their name and wouldn't refer complaint to Management, who were not on site. We had booked and paid a lot extra for a "triple room" for 3 adults (understanding the room had 3 beds) but found that it was only really a twin room - i.e. had 2 beds. Booked.net mislead us on this, as the hotel said they had no 3 bedded rooms or additional beds they could provide. Note there was no room service. The breakfast was limited with poor rubbery ham

I recently stayed at a hotel on Beach Road and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room had a simple modern design and a beautiful sea view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was included in the rates and offered a good variety of options. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, including a bathtub. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and location.

We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well equipped and had a large bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the pool, lift, and restaurant, were top-notch.

Great new year experience! the hotel is perfectly located near the beach and local street vendors. the pool and hotel room had a beautiful sea view. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. the staff were friendly and welcoming. They even had a mini-bar, and the room was equipped with a safe for personal belongings.

The room may need a bit of maintenance. the tub and floor can become a bit slippery when taking a shower, and the windows needed a clean.

The staff were very attentive to the needs of the guests- when the wifi wasn't working they did try to fix it immediately and although they weren't able to, they came back later in the day to say that the problem had been resolved. Very friendly staff, and very resourceful.
